This FULL service is fit for the couple who would has limited time to devote to planning details of a wedding event and would prefer a professional coordinator to handle the organization & design element of it all. This amazing experience allows you time to truly enjoy the planning and day of your wedding with no worries. With Savior Faire coordinators by your side, your thoughts, feelings and ideas will be reflected in your event truly making it your own. Your coordinator will produce one-of-a-kind design details and puts research into action. The ‘IKE service includes:
๏One free consultation with event planner & designer, Aubrey Akana.
๏Designing, creating and building a cohesive theme, coloring and personal style reflective of the Bride & Groom for each element of their event.
๏Creation of custom inspiration board reflective of event design.
๏Unlimited vendor referrals and options specific to each client needs
๏Set up and attendance of vendor meetings with or on behalf of the client.
๏Review and negotiation of vendor contracts to ensure quality and value of decisions for all wedding sections and vendors.
๏Vendor discounts where available.
๏Review of final bill to ensure all charges/changes are congruent with contract & understanding.
๏Arrangement of final payments on behalf of clients.
๏Knowledge of wedding etiquette advice and money saving tips.
๏Assistance in budget planning and negotiations needs.
๏Implement Go Green materials and ideas whenever possible.
๏Assistance with all stationary items such as place cards, menus, table tents etc.
๏Unlimited communication through email; Limited communication by phone.
๏Progress meetings throughout the planning process via face-to-face, email or phone.(1-1.5 hours each meeting to insure accomplishing tasks are focused).
๏Organized and executed program and timeline to run smoothly and on-time.
๏Responsibility for all set-up, break down and clean up of on-site location with the assistance of specified vendors.
๏Point of Contact and execution for rehearsal and the wedding day event.
๏Confirmation and coordination of all details and vendors prior to event & on-site.
๏Coordinator presence the day of the event (up to 10-12 hours, from set up to breakdown). Presence at rehearsal to coordinate with the officiant (2 hours).
๏Assistance of at least one additional staff member on-site day of event.
๏Troubleshoot problems, vendor reliability and services.
๏Handle special circumstances that require immediate attention in a professional, discrete matter, in the best interest of the clients.
๏Pricing begins at $3,300.00 and up (plus Hawaii GE tax 4.712%).
The DAY of coordination is fit for the couple who intends to “hand-off” their planning baton to a professional planner to carry out the couple’s vision of their special day.
๏ Point of contact and execution for rehearsal and the wedding day event.
๏ A professional, flexible, energetic, problem-solving coordinator and assistant(s) who are on your side to see your day through.
๏ Face to face meeting or conference call(s) six weeks prior the wedding date with your coordinator to gather and discuss all plans and information set thus far.
๏ Professional assistance to develop and carry out the wedding timeline specific to fit your needs for the day.
๏ Maintain flow of the program & timeline with vendors (i.e. photographer, videography, …)
๏ Confirmation and coordination of vendors on site.
๏ Review of vendor agreements and final bill to ensure all charges/changes are congruent with your contract and understanding.
๏ Arrangement of final payments on behalf of clients.
๏ Set up of favors and place cards to be present and ready for table.
๏ Presence at rehearsal to coordinate with the officiant (2 hours).
๏ Presence on day of wedding up to 8 hours final bill is given.
๏ Your coordinator (Aubrey Akana) will:
✴ Offer professional advice/suggestions to assist in the day flowing smoothly.
✴ Troubleshoot problems, vendor reliability & services.
✴ Triple check all information and details on the rehearsal and wedding day.
✴ Handle special circumstances that require immediate attention in a professional, discrete manner, in the best interest of the Bride and Groom.
✴ Make sure everything is on-time
✴ Put all your plans for your unique wedding day into action while making sure you are relaxed and have a fabulous, memorable time with loved ones
•Total fee for service begins at $1,800.00 – $2,700 (plus Hawaii GE tax 4.712%) Additional time exceeding the 8 hours on the wedding day will be billed hourly.
Our head designer intermingles every detail of your inspiration and vision with our out-of-the box, unique design concepts to produce a customized, cohesive theme and decor plan reflective of you. Designed for the wedding couple or corporate client that has the planning covered, yet has a craving for the inventive and inspired design concepts Savoir Faire chicly provides!
